Subscription terms for hosting services at Aitos International Limited
Fees
Fee for service is paid under the current price list for the specified service at the order date. The fee is always paid in advance and paid annually or quarterly. Payment is due within 20 days from the invoice date. If the customer does not make payment for invoiced charges within 20 days after special invitation for the customer left the matter immediately to the collection and the subscription is closed. Aitos has the right to modify fees by three (3) months notice. Price increase occurs in the middle of a subscription period, price change does not affect the customer until the start of new era, year or quarter. Term
The agreement runs annually and is extended automatically for one year at a time when loss of redundancy. Customer may terminate the Agreement at any time, but no later than 30 days before the stub period. Personal Web pages on provider's server
The customer is entitled to their own Web pages on the provider's server as part of a shared disk space. No restriction on the number found in the downloaded data.

Changing conditions
These conditions apply until further notice. Aitos has the right to change the terms unless notice has been at least three (3) months in advance. If the amendment referred to above are essential to the detriment of the customer, the customer is entitled to under the current contract period in writing to terminate the service with effect from the amendment comes into effect and restore the charge for the remaining months. Such termination may only occur until the date of the new terms will be effective and shall be in writing.

Transfer of subscription
This Agreement may not be transferred without the written permission of Aitos

Suspension of subscriptions
Aitos has the right to immediately terminate a contract without having to repay the customer uses the service in an improper manner. Unduly is included but not limited to the following:

* Unduly is the dissemination of illicit, unethical, racist and pornographic information through their own Web pages.
* Unduly is also using the service for illegal activities on the Internet, or in an interconnected network.

* Unduly also have active programs on our servers when the client is not logged in
* Unduly is also conscious act that adversely affects Aitos system or other users or the Internet itself.


Aitos reserves the right to decline the request for service.

Limitation of liability Aitos
In case of technical errors or deficiencies in Aitos reduces Aitos price in relation to the restrictions obsolete. Aitos reserves the right to determine whether the price reduction should be made and the level of this reduction.

Aitos not responsible for damage due to errors caused by technical errors or deficiencies in other than Aitos. Customer responsibilities
Customer is responsible for the content of customer correspondence, customer messages in news meetings, the contents of the client's Web pages or other activities that could be carried out on the Internet or in systems connected to the Internet.

Software
Aitos is not responsible for any shortcomings and limitations in the software that we provide on our website. Aitos is not responsible for any errors that occur on the client computer when the installation of distributed software. It is for the customer to register any shareware versions of distributed applications.
